cabscloud.com itself does not sell products or take payment through this portal; it is a showcase and inquiry site. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for engagements that begin after an inquiry.
Engagements and deposits
Where a paid engagement is agreed in a separate written contract, the refund and cancellation terms of that contract apply. Unless that contract states otherwise, deposits cover work already scheduled or performed and are non-refundable to the extent of work delivered.
How to request
To request a cancellation or refund under an active engagement, email [email protected] with your project reference. We respond to refund requests within a reasonable time and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
