Overview
Organized Chaos is StoresWiki LLC's all-in-one productivity workspace, a self-built alternative to Notion that we design, host, and operate. It brings notes, documents, and task management into one connected space so individuals and teams can capture ideas, structure work, and keep everything searchable in a single place. The product is delivered as a managed service across a web app and an API backend with its own object storage for attachments and uploads.
The platform is built as a modern multi-service stack: a frontend application, a NestJS API, and an S3-compatible object store for files, all operated on our infrastructure. Accounts, workspaces, and content persist in a managed database, and the hosted SMTP relay handles invitations and notifications. Billing runs through Stripe with a Pro tier on monthly or annual terms and an Enterprise option for larger teams.
Because we run the entire stack, customers get a dependable, backed-up workspace with no setup or maintenance burden. We keep the services healthy, manage storage and capacity, and roll out improvements centrally so teams can focus on their work instead of their tools.
